Rates and Policies:

• Advanced reservations are encouraged.
• A deposit of one night's stay - by cash or check.
• Reservations may be made by telephone at 715.442.4488 or 612.940.7171.
• Check-in between 4-6 PM. Check out at 11:30 am.
• No smoking except in designated outdoor areas.
• No pets are allowed.
• Gift certificates are available.

CANCELLATIONS: NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN BY PHONE. Deposits will be refunded if you cancel at least 14 days in advance. If it is within 14 days, a gift certificate for the deposit (less $20) will be issued. Less than 24-hour notice by phone forfeits deposit. There will be a $20 handling fee for ALL cancellations.

At Cedar Hill Guesthouse & Wellness Spa, we have created a relaxing & romantic escape for our guests. Guest must agree to accept liability for any damages to the property including but not limited to furniture, structure and landscaping. Guest must also agree to reimburse Cedar Hill for cost incurred to repair/replace damaged items. Cedar Hill does not assume liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electric or plumbing. Cedar Hill will not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond our control.
